Refund policy

At Chrysolites, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it easy to return or exchange it.

Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • The item is not a final sale, custom, or clearance item (see exclusions below)

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture
  • Opened or used kitchen appliances/gadgets
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Once approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item back.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or model instead of a refund? Let us know when you reach out, and we'll help arrange an exchange based on availability.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item hasn't already shipped. After that, our standard return policy applies.
